I’ve received an email telling me that my subscription has been blocked, why is this happening?


This means there’s an issue processing payment. Your card may have expired or you may have had insufficient funds when we tried to take payment. Don’t panic – we suggest you check in with your account provider and ensure your details are up to date and we’ll give you until the end of the month before your account is unfortunately automatically unsubscribed. To receive your next Kitchen Trotter Kit, you will need to resubscribe.
